FAILURE…… A FRIEND NOT A FIEND.

Someone said your success story is not complete without the failure chapter
Simply put, there is no one who has been successful in any endeavour who has not experienced failure in one form or the other
Even this applies to children while learning to sit, crawl, or walk.
I bet there is no mother who can boldly say my child never fell down during these learning processes
So it is for us in our relationships, businesses or any human enterprise.
In other words, there is no harm in failing...... yes there is no harm in failing once it helps us to move forward
But there is harm in failing and blaming others, there is harm in falling and never rising again
Many people have refused to stand up and move ahead after failing because they have been immersed in the ‘blaming game’
Children blame their parents for not sending them to good schools; Colleagues blame one another for failing as a team
Bosses blame subordinates for the decline in sales volume;
Subordinates in turn blame the bosses
Citizens blame those in the seat of government, followers blame leaders for a failed economy
And guess who the couple blame when their marriage fails? Each other of course.
It is only a brave man that fails and look inward instead of outward, he looks at himself rather than others
He knows that the world paves way for the man who knows where he is going
So, he stands up again, realising that he has just discovered another road that does not lead to success
Determined never to walk that particular road again, he looks for another
And as he walks on the new road, he tells himself that if he fails here too,
Look for another road he must, till he steps on that particular road that will lead him to his journey of success
And since there is greatness within everyone, this man knows that ‘we fail to succeed’
So he takes failure as a friend and not a fiend.

I really love that post. It shows that, no matter the situation you find yourself, you're the architect of that situation. All you need do is to leave the stage and move forward. You're not a failure until you blame someone for your mistakes. Dupe, God bless you.
